Printing

TOPALi allows you to print the following information

• Reports generated by any of the analysis methods
• Help files viewed from within TOPALi
• Phylogenetic trees
• Result graphs from an analysis run (multiple PDM or HMM graphs will be printed together)
• Mosaic structure information (reconstituted trees and structure diagrams)

Regardless of the information to be printed, the process is always the same.

To print, select File | Print from the menu bar, click the Print toolbar button, or press Ctrl-P. This brings up the Print dialog.

Save Mosaic Structure As

From here you can select a printer to print to, as well as defining additional options relating to how the output will appear on paper. You can also bring up the Page Settings dialog at any time to select options without printing by selecting File | Page Setup from the menu bar.
